Being able to give our investors a personal tour through their commercial properties, enabling them to get up close and personal, is a real passion of ours.

In this case, we were able to show our investors through the Totara Street Fund assets – which includes the Downer Building and the new NZ Windows building in Tauriko. Both are impressive assets in their own right and it was a great experience to be able to answer all of our investors’ questions and let them experience the pride of premium commercial property investment in such a tangible way. We look forward to hosting many more tours in the future.
